I wrote the music to this when I was away on a year abroad in France at uni - think I may have heard Biffy Clyro for the first time shortly beforehand and I didn't have much else to do so the riffs just kept growing. I did this with a band I was in around 2007 and still play the main riff every now and then when doodlng about.
